Insurance help
Your claim, handled.
Insurance is confusing on a good day, and this isn’t a good day. Here is exactly what we do, in order, so you always know where things stand.
We document everything
Time-stamped photos, moisture readings, and a written scope from the first hour on site. Your claim is built on evidence, not estimates from memory.
We meet the adjuster with you
You don't face the inspection alone. Our crew chief walks the adjuster through the damage and answers the technical questions in plain language.
We bill your insurer directly
Once the scope is agreed, our invoices go to the carrier. In most cases the only check you write is your deductible.
You approve the restoration
Nothing is finished until you say it's finished. The final walkthrough is yours, and the warranty paperwork comes with it.
Worth gathering, when you can.
None of this is urgent, and we can help with all of it. But these five things make a claim move faster.
- Your policy number and insurer's claims phone line
- Photos of the damage, if it's safe to take them
- A list of damaged items as you notice them (we'll add to it)
- Receipts for any emergency purchases like fans or tarps
- Notes from any calls with your insurer — date, name, what was said
Asked every week.
Most restoration work is covered by homeowner's insurance, and we bill your insurer directly — you typically pay only your deductible. The on-site assessment is free either way, and you'll know where you stand before any work begins.
We document everything with photos and moisture readings, meet the adjuster with you, agree the scope in writing, and invoice the carrier ourselves. You focus on your family; the paperwork is our job.
Our average is 60 minutes across Tampa Bay, around the clock. During named storms we stage crews by zone and tell you honestly what the wait looks like.
Usually not, but some situations call for caution — large areas, HVAC involvement, or family members with respiratory conditions. We'll tell you straight during the assessment, and containment keeps living areas safe during the work.
Most families stay home. We contain work areas, run equipment on dedicated circuits, and schedule the loud work around your household. If a temporary move genuinely makes sense, we say so and document it for your claim.
IICRC Water Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Florida mold remediation licensure (MRSR-2841), and background checks for everyone who enters your home.
One call starts all of it.
Assessment, documentation, adjuster, billing. You focus on your family.
